The rainforest is a place of wonder and discovery filled with unique plants and animals. From lush plants to colorful birds, this activity from the Staten Island Children's Museum is designed to get children ages 2-7 thinking about the rainforest from their own home. Make colorful parrots using your own handprint, scout around your home for foods originating from the rainforest, or make a paper chain snake and count the links together.
