In honor of Women’s History Month, the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) presents Pianoman, a moving documentary by filmmaker Sunny Liu. The film follows David Avendaño, an undocumented Mexican immigrant striving to build a piano factory in Yonkers, NY. Through resilience and ingenuity, David navigates the challenges of immigration, entrepreneurship, and family unity while chasing his dream.
