The New York Hall of Science (NYSCI) was founded at the 1964–65 World’s Fair and has evolved into New York’s center for interactive science, serving a half million students, teachers, and families each year.

NYC COVID-19 Policies

Visitors are no longer required to show proof of vaccination in order to enter the museum. The mask requirement has also been lifted, but we highly recommend their continued use.

NYSCI Community Hours

FREE admissions during NYSCI's community hours, every Friday from 2-5pm. Parents can reserve tickets online starting 9am the same day. Use this link to reserve community hour tickets. Walk-ins are limited.
